About the Author

Chris Deaver is a culture shaper, leadership coach, and cofounder of BraveCore, a consultancy that builds cultures people love. He has coached C-Level executives and has influenced companies such as Apple and Disney, where he's worked with teams creating iProducts and Star Wars experiences. He's features in Fast Company and The Wall Street Journal and is cohost of the popular podcast Lead with a Question. He cofounded a mentoring network with Stephen R. Covey, studied animation at the top Emmy-award winning school in the world at BYU, earned his MBA, and is a guest lecturer at the Marriott School at BYU.

Ian Clawson is a creator, cofounder of BraveCore, cohost of the Lead with a Question podcast, and is a regular contributor to Fast Company with work featured in USA Today and Disrupt magazine. Over the past decade, Ian has led culture transformation iniatives in the healthcare industry. He is also cofounder of StoryCircle, a development studio focused on co-creation, world building, and original storytelling, acting as lead writer and story architect. He earned a degree at BYU-Hawaii in International Cultural Studies, where he developed a deep interest in world philosophy and communication theory.
