Fundamentally, our corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy reflects our purpose driven culture. We are passionate about learning and we are proud to share what we do with those in need.
With more than 140 million users and content that is accessed over 130 million times every month, in 160 countries and 29 languages, we support an incredibly diverse audience. Employing a diverse workforce that brings a variety of experiences, ideas and perspectives is very important to us. As such, we are committed to actively increasing representation of underrepresented groups within our company.
We know from research that people with learning challenges are more likely to experience adverse socio-economic outcomes. Access to learning is a key way to close this gap and provide access to a world of equal opportunities. We believe that everyone has the right to access our content and our learning platform, and we are committed to making our content and technology accessible to all learners. Development of new content and platform are built with ACCESSIBILITY in their DNA.

As the global leader in corporate learning, we have over 500,000+ multi-modal courses, videos, books and micro-learning modules that are accessed more than 130 million times every month, in 160 countries and in 36 languages. We regularly donate assets in our content library to not-for-profit, qualifying organizations.
Skillsoft's transformative learning platform propels organizations and people to grow together, offering a personalized, immersive experience. The platform helps organizations assess and track their workforce's capabilities through Skill Benchmarks, which reveal valuable data to help align in-house skills with the strategic needs of the business. The Skillsoft learning platform is available anytime, anywhere, on any device, so learners always have access to grow their skills and celebrate their accomplishments.
We saved the best for last! As part of our CSR program, team members across the globe take time throughout the year to engage in their own personal CSR initiative.
Skillsoft believes it is important to give back to the communities in which we operate. Organizations must be a nonprofit or non-governmental organization with recognized charitable status in their respective country (such as 501(c)(3) status under the United States Internal Revenue Code). In addition, eligible organizations must also operate on a not-for-profit basis and have a mission to benefit advancing learning.
