About the Authors

Kris Jamsa, Ph.D., MBA, is the author of more than 85 computer books, with cumulative sales of several million copies. In 1992, Jamsa and his wife Debbie founded Jamsa Press, a computer-book publishing company. Charles Wright is Systems Editor for The Denver Post. He has co-authored a personal computer column at a major Claifornia newspaper, served as Technical Coordinator for the Minneapolis Start Tribune Online Project, and was part of the team that helped to launch AT&T’s Interchange service in 1995. He has been in the newspaper business for more than 30 years.
