About the Author

Since 1978, Michael Moskowitz has been a human resource and training professional.

Michael was an instructor at California State University San Marcos, teaching HR management in the College of Business Administration. Michael was on the faculty at the University of Phoenix, where he taught personnel management in the School of Human Resources. He is an instructor at the University of California San Diego Extension, teaching training and development in the Business and Management Program.

Michael holds an M.A. degree in psychology from United States International University and a B.A. degree in psychology from Queens College, City University of New York.
