About the Editor

Elaine Biech is the president and managing principal of ebb associates inc., an organizational development firm that helps organizations work through large-scale change. With more than 30 years experience in the training and development field, she works the many leading businesses, government, and non profits. Elaine has written or editor more than four dozen books and articles, including Training for Dummies, Thriving Through Change, and The Business of Consulting. Biech received her BS from the University of Wisconsin-Superior in business and education consulting, and her MS in human resource development. She is an active member of ASTD and recipient of the prestigious Gordon M. Bliss award in 2007 for her contributions to the profession and ASTD. She resides in Norfolk, Virginia.
