He divides his time between offices in Dallas and Rio de Janeiro.

LUIZ ROCHA, Director of Projects with Dinsmore Associates, has 35 years of experience in project management, and has worked internationally with orga¬nizations including Andersen Consulting and Delloite. He lives in Rio de Janeiro and Athens, Greece.
