About the Author
Alistair Rooney has been developing software for over 23 years. He has been a programmer, team leader, project manager, and IT manager. Alistair started coding in COBOL and RPG on IBM mainframes and has coded in Basic, InfoBasic, Visual Basic, C++, C#, and naturally Java. Alistair spends his time consulting to corporations in the SAP arena. He teaches both ABAP and Java for SAP and other companies in Europe, the United States, and in South Africa where he lives with his wife and two children.
