About the Author

For over a decade, Michale Greer has helped new project managers become more effective. He is the author of The Project Manager's Partner, also by HRD Press. For many years Greer managed teams of contractors as they worked with new product developers to create training and performance improvement systems for major corporations such as AT&T, Apple Computer, The American Red Cross and others. Recently, Mr. Greer has focused on providing workshops and consulting support for individuals and organizations who need to improve their project management processess as well as on the publication of materials to support these processes. Through his books, articles, workshops, and frequent public speaking appearances, he has sought to demystify the field of project management and make it accessible to new and part-time project managers.
