About the Authors

Ben Prusinski is an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Oracle ACE Director, and database architect with more than 14 years of experience with Oracle data warehouse and Oracle E-Business applications. As a corporate database consultant, he has provided services to dozens of Fortune-500 clients. Ben is an internationally recognized expert in Oracle high availability, database replication, database migrations, performance tuning, database security, and ERP implementations. He is also a popular speaker at major conferences such as Oracle OpenWorld, IOUG, and Oracle Collaborate.

Gustavo Gonzalez, Oracle ACE, began working with Oracle in the late 1990s as a Business Systems Analyst for Nike Argentina where he helped rollout Oracle Financials 10.7. He also supported the BI tools that Nike's America's Sales division depended on and took on lead roles in Oracle implementations in Brazil and South Africa. After working as a Sr. Consultant for Oracle Argentina and as Danone Argentina's ERP Project Manager, Gustavo joined IT Convergence as Global IT Director in 2006; and was named CTO in 2012. IT Convergence has implemented Oracle HRMS, Oracle Telesales, Oracle Service, Noetix, and OBIEE globally. He was honored as Oracle ACE in August 2010 for his strong credentials as Oracle community enthusiast and advocate, and in 2012 was named Oracle ACE Director, the first in Argentina and first on Applications in LATAM.
