About the Author

Chip Conley is the founder and CEO of Joie de Vivre Hospitality, California's largest boutique hotel company, consisting of over forty award-winning hotels, restaurants, and spas. He is the author of The Rebel Rules: Daring to Be Yourself in Business (Fireside) and Marketing That Matters: 10 Practices to Profit Your Business and Change the World (Berrett-Koehler). Chip received his BA and MBA from Stanford University.
