Kim Heldman, PMP, Project+, is an IT Director for the Colorado Governor's Office of Information Technology, overseeing information technology service delivery for four state agencies. Vanina Mangano, PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, Project+, is an executive member of Never Limited LLC, specializing in PMI certification exam preparation material and training.
