About the Author

Jawad Akhtar is the SAP leader for business sales and delivery at IBM Pakistan. He earned a chemical engineering degree from the Missouri University of Science and Technology (USA) in 1996. He has more than 18 years of professional experience and has completed several large-scale SAP implementations and rollout lifecycles.
