About the Author

Siham El-Kafafi is the founder of Arrows Research Consultancy Limited. She is an entrepreneur, educator and businesswoman who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her students and clients. She started her company in June 2014 with the aim of sharing her mentoring, training and coaching experience through tailored programs serving her clients and their needs. Prof. Dr. Siham El-Kafafi has a wide industry and consultancy experience in the medical, manufacturing and service industry besides being an academic for the past 24 years. Dr El-Kafafi She is a passionate educationalist and thought leader who helped graduate over 10,000 students over her career. Her teaching experience plays a leadership role in the creation of high-quality student experience in a wide range of business management and adult education courses. Moreover, Prof. Dr. El-Kafafi held various academic positions as Head of Academic Faculty (Business, Finance & English), Director of Research, Senior Lecturer and Guest Lecturer in various universities and tertiary institutes overseas and in New Zealand e.g. Malvern Online, UK & Singapore, Te Wananga o Aotearoa, The University of Waikato, Manukau Institute of Technology, Massey University in New Zealand, Southern Cross University in Australia, and the American University in Cairo. Prof. Dr. El-Kafafi holds a PhD from The University of Waikato, New Zealand, a Masters in Adult Literacy and Numeracy Education from Auckland University of Technology, a Masters of Public Administration from the American University in Cairo and Bachelors of Art in English Literature with Honors from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. Prof. Dr. El-Kafafi is a public and motivational speaker who is invited as keynote speaker in conferences and national and international events. She has over 100 publications in refereed journal articles, book chapters and conference proceedings besides being on the editorial boards of various national and international journals, member of international educational boards and committees, and on board of examiners and award committees.
