About the Author

Natasha Terk leads Write It Well’s business operations and strategy. She holds master’s degrees from the University of San Francisco and the University of Manchester, UK. She has served as a program officer at the Packard Foundation, a management consultant with La Piana Consulting, and a board member for the Ronald McDonald House of San Francisco.

Natasha has taught business writing at the University of California, Berkeley and has been a consultant for Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She leads onsite and online webinars and workshops for clients including Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Hewlett-Packard, Visa, IKEA, Bank of America, and the City of Palo Alto. She gives keynote speeches and presentations on business communications at seminars and large conferences.
