About the Author

Ganesh Karthik S, who prefers to be called Karthik, is a senior SAP HCM functional consultant with Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH), based in Chennai, India. He holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Monash University (Go8 universities), Melbourne, Australia (2005-2006). In December 2010, he earned a certification in SAP Certified Application Associate - Human Capital Management with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP4. He has close to 120 months of progressive IT experience, which includes working on SAP and Oracle ERP products. He has been associated with multiple end-to-end implementation projects, along with projects on rollouts, upgradation, and production support. He is also determined to share his experiences with SAP aspirants and consultants in the form of a book. He is passionate about SAP and takes joy in sharing knowledge with others.
