About the Author

Willis H. Thomas, PhD, PMP, CPT has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) certification from the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI). He is the author of The Basics of Project Evaluation and Lessons Learned (New York, Productivity Press, 2011) and a variety of articles on project management and evaluation. In the area of project management, he has taught more than a dozen courses worldwide. Thomas has a PhD in Evaluation from Western Michigan University.
