About the Author

Ronald Blank has a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University and a Doctor of Engineering Degree from Trinity University. His career in quality and reliability spans 25 years in industry and includes reliability engineering in semiconductor manufacturing as well as quality engineering and management in both military avionics and automotive fuel systems. He also has eight years experience teaching advanced statistics and reliability to engineers and other technical personnel. He has been a member of the American Society for Quality for more than 20 years.
