About the Author

Dr. Marlene Caroselli is the author of three dozen business books, listed at the Amazon.com Web site. The first of those books, The Language of Leadership, was published by HRD Press and was chosen by Newbridge’s Executive Book Club as a main selection. The most recent, Principled Persuasion, also available from HRD Press, was recently named a Director’s Choice by Doubleday Book Club.

In addition to books, Dr. Caroselli writes for several online magazines and for Stephen Covey’s Excellence publications, as well as for the National Business Employment Weekly and Dartnell’s Motivated to Sell newsletter. When she is not writing, Dr. Caroselli conducts corporate training and delivers keynote addresses for such organizations as the U.S. Navy, the Institute for International Research, the State of Michigan, the U.S. Department of the Interior, the Public Relations Society of America, and Xerox Corporation. She has also served as an adjunct professor at UCLA and National University.
