About the Author

Ramnath Ganesan received his Ph.D. from The Pennsylvania State university. He started his career at i2 Technologies, a pioneering company in supply chain management software. He has worked at and consulted with companies in the electronics, consumer goods, telecommunications, construction, and software industries.
