  • partnering with the intervention stakeholders

  • picking the right tools to gather and carry out the intervention analysis
  • reporting the evaluation results to the organization

The book includes practical tools, templates, sample questions used for typical performance interventions, and a simple project management framework for workplace learning and performance professionals who will implement the targeted evaluation process.

About the Authors

Wendy L. Combs is a project manager for worldwide training at Cisco Systems. She was formerly a training manager at Nortel Networks. She has been involved in large-scale curriculum development projects and organizational change initiatives involving process redesign and the implementation of new technology.

Salvatore V. Faletta is a manager for the measurement and impact analysis group within Intel University and Business Practices Network at Intel Corporation. He is currently leading Intel's global employee survey and organizational assessment initiatives, evaluation and impact analysis projects, and organizational performance indicators.
