About the Authors

Darlene Orlov is president and founder of Orlov Resources for Business, Inc., a training and human resources consulting firm. Her clients include Aspen Systems, Brooks Brothers, Ericsson, J&H Marsh & McLennan, Katz Media Group, Miller Freeman, and Tiffany & Co. Previously, she held human resources management positions with International Playtex and American Home Products Corp. Ms. Orlov conducts sexual harassment training programs for major corporations, serves as an expert witness, and provides rehabilitative counseling to the accused in sexual harassment matters. She lives in New York City.

Michael T. Roumell is an attorney with the law firm of Ogletree, Deakins, Murphy, Smith & Polk, a large national firm specializing in labor and employment law. He has litigated hundreds of labor and employment discrimination cases, including a multitude of sexual harassment cases, before state and federal courts. He is a contributing author to The Labor Law Handbook, The Employment Termination Handbook, and several other publications. Mr. Roumell resides in Chicago.
