About the Author

Dr. Jan Yager has been researching, writing about, and conducting workshops on time management since her first book on the subject, Creative Time Management, was published by Prentice Hall in 1984. She is the author of 6 books on time management, translated into more than a dozen languages, including Put More Time On Your Side, 365 Daily Affirmations For Time Management,, and the training manual, Delivering Time Management To It Professionals: A Trainer's Manual. A coach, entrepreneur, and adjunct assistant college professor, Dr. Yager, raised by two loving parents who were workaholics, advocates and teaches her preferred approach to work and life that time management skills offer including work-life balance and being able to Work Less, Do More. She has a Ph.D. in sociology from The City University of New York Graduate Center. In addition to her six time management books, Dr. Yager is the prolific author of more than 35 additional titles, translated into 34 languages.
