AWS offers a variety of application solutions to meet specific app requirements. AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Simple Queue Service (SQS) provide methods of deploying and hosting in the AWS cloud. Web apps can be protected from common threats using specialized firewalls and app code can retrieve secrets used to connect to other resources. In this course, discover when to use key Amazon app services, like AWS Web Application Firewall to mitigate common web application attacks, and AWS Secrets Manager to allow centralized code access to secrets. Next, deploy a message queue and work with Docker on Linux and various AWS container services. Finally, create a custom instance Amazon Machine Image, review AWS speech services, and work with launch templates to automate instance deployment. This course can be used to prepare for exam SAA-C03, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
