Managing users is a core skill for success as an Entra ID administrator. Creating users and assigning them to groups allows an administrator to provide a more streamlined and secure experience for users. Synchronizing existing user accounts for cloud resource access saves time for cloud technicians. In this course, you will discover how to create Entra ID users using the portal, the command line interface (CLI), and PowerShell. You will also learn how to perform a bulk import to efficiently create users. Then, you will see how to invite external users to partake in Entra ID and enable self-service password reset (SSPR). Next, you will learn how to configure identity protection and multi-factor authentication (MFA) and block and unblock user accounts. Finally, you will explore the use of Entra Connect Sync. This course can be used to prepare for exam AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator.
