In this course, you'll learn about characteristics of Agile and business intelligence. The course also covers different perspectives of information technology, business architecture, and business process management - perspectives that are also feature in the business analysis body of knowledge (BABOK) framework, which outlines the tasks that a business analyst must perform to deliver an effective solution to a problem.
