This course addresses what managers, supervisors, workers and employees need to know about age discrimination. The course includes the kinds of behaviour that can constitute discrimination; the rights of employees or workers who claim they have been discriminated against on the grounds of age; the responsibilities of employers when they are aware of discriminating behaviour; and the actions that employees should take when they feel they have been discriminated against on the basis of age.
