A database is an organized collection of data that can be accessed, analyzed, and exported into useful reports. In order to create a database, you will first need to become familiar with the database tool at hand. In this 6-video course, "Working with Databases," you will explore the Access 2019 database application in the Microsoft Office 2019 suite. Learners will also discover how to open existing databases and create new ones, and learn how to customize the interface, including the Quick Access Toolbar and ribbon. Access comes complete with a number of database templates. Templates are predesigned and preformatted files, often containing queries, tables and reports, that can be used to speed up the creation of your database. If you cannot find the template you need, you can use the search engine and keyword categories to search the online Office library for more files. FREE ACCESS
