Michelle Boockoff-Bajdek

Michelle Boockoff-Bajdek
Chief Marketing and Sustainability Officer, Skillsoft

As Chief Marketing Officer, Michelle Boockoff-Bajdek (BB) leads a global marketing organization focused on helping companies unlock the hidden value inside their greatest asset — their people. In her role, Michelle is responsible for the company’s marketing strategy to drive growth, generate awareness, and drive demand for Skillsoft solutions among learners, customers, and partners. She oversees all key marketing functions. Most importantly, she serves as the company’s brand evangelist, helping to build a vibrant community of passionate learners.

Prior to Skillsoft, Michelle held several executive roles in the high-tech sector, most notably as the CMO of IBM Watson. Michelle also served as the global head of marketing for The Weather Company, an IBM Business, where she helped companies understand how to anticipate, plan for, and ultimately make better decisions — with greater confidence — in the face of weather.

Mark Onisk

Mark Onisk
Chief Content Officer, Skillsoft

Since becoming Chief Content Officer in 2018, Mark has been responsible for leading all aspects of Skillsoft’s content catalog, including strategic direction, roadmap, and development.

Mark previously served as SVP of Skillsoft Books, successfully launching the company’s book summary product, increasing the audiobook collection by more than 60%, and creating the largest collection of audiobooks in the corporate learning market. Prior to Skillsoft Books, Mark led Skillsoft’s strategic business development, where he worked on cross-functional projects and services teams to deliver integrated learning experiences with key clients.

Mark became Skillsoft’s VP of content Production after the company acquired Element K in 2011. His career with Element K spanned 15 years, during which he was responsible for product strategy, content development, and operational execution.

Mark holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the State University of New York, College at Brockport.

Matt Glitzer

Matt Glitzer
Chief Revenue Officer, Skillsoft

Matthew Glitzer is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Skillsoft. He most recently served as Vice President, Security Sales, at IBM Americas where he was responsible for all Security related products and services. Previously, Matt served as Vice President, of IBM’s Integrated Security Business Unit - Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for Security Software sales and Services and was a member of IBM’s regional Senior Leadership Team. In Matt’s prior roles in Greater China for IBM, he was a member of the Global Technology Services leadership team holding the positions of General Manager, Global Technology Services, Hong Kong, and Head of Client Management and Offerings. In these roles, he had country and regional P&L responsibility for all managed service clients, as well as technology solutions, consulting, and go-to-market offerings. Before joining IBM in 2005, he was vice president of Field Alliances for SAP America.

Matt holds a B.S. in Political Science from Rutgers College and a Masters in Business Administration from George Washington University. He holds a certification from IBM’s Harvard Business School Certification Program and is a graduate of IBM’s Master Deal-Making program through the Wharton School of Business.


Koma_Gandy

Koma Gandy
Vice President, Leadership and Business Segment, Skillsoft

Koma Gandy is Vice President of the Leadership and Business Segment at Skillsoft, providing leadership, long-term strategic direction, and operational oversight of Skillsoft’s Leadership and Business Global offerings that enable organizations to reimagine and transform their teams’ productivity and leadership journeys.

Koma brings over two decades of experience in multiple industries to her role, most recently as Vice President, Head of Curriculum at Codecademy. Koma led and managed a diverse, high-performing team delivering best-in-class interactive educational content in high-demand technology skills to a global learning community. Prior to joining Codecademy, Koma held leadership roles at EY and Morgan Stanley where she led teams that delivered solutions integrating cutting-edge technology, new business processes, and industry best practices.

In addition to her work in financial services, Koma has extensive business-government experience gained from her time at The Cohen Group where she advised domestic and international clients in the aerospace and defense industries, and at Booz Allen Hamilton where she advised the Department of Defense clients on information security and biometric technologies.

Koma began her career as an officer in the US Navy, serving on both active duty and in the Navy Reserve, and completed several deployments. Koma received a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business.
