However, to thrive and inspire, leaders require essential coaching skills.
On June 27, Skillsoft is hosting a private lunch and professional coaching workshop at the Budweiser Brewhouse in Nationals Park. Look forward to engaging industry perspectives and inspiration on developing a leadership growth pipeline within your organizations.
The event will begin with an introduction from Matt Glitzer, Chief Revenue Officer at Skillsoft.
Next, participants will gain insight into what coaching is and isn't and how to be better listeners and learn effective coaching strategies.
The second portion of the event will be a lunch and a hands-on workshop led by ICF-certified coach Tom Ward. Learn actionable insights on building leaders at all levels of the organization through scalable coaching and other development approaches.
You can expect a tour of the stadium, an appearance from Teddy the mascot, and to come away with practical knowledge and tools to help improve leadership development within your organization!
