About the Author
Jess Brock, longtime agilist, was introduced to the Dojo in 2019, when she was intrigued by a Dojo coaching job description that emphasized growing others. Almost as soon as Jess delved into Dojo coaching, it was evident that she connected deeply with the intent, values, and spirit of the Dojo. Perhaps, it can be attributed to her Missouri, the "Show Me" state, roots as to why she fell in love with the learn-by-doing approach. Jess has led dozens of Dojos, spanning three countries in both physical and virtual settings.
