About the Authors

Deborah Waddill, Ed.D., has managed and led large-scale technical, instructional design projects for clients including the US Department of Agriculture, AT&T, and the FDIC. She is an instructor at The George Washington University where she earned her doctorate.

Michael J. Marquardt, Ed.D., is professor of Human Resource Development and International Affairs as well as Program Director of Overseas Programs at George Washington University. Dr Marquardt also serves as President of the World Institute for Action Learning and is the author of 20 books, including Building the Learning Organization, and Optimizing the Power of Action Learning.
