About the Authors

Alan Rushton is a director of Dialog Consultants Ltd, a consulting company specializing in distribution, logistics and supply-chain management. He was formerly Director of Graduate Programs at the Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Cranfield University and is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Logistics and Transport.

Phil Croucher is an independent Logistics and Supply Chain consultant and lecturer at the University of East Anglia. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and has an MSc from Cranfield University.

Dr. Peter Baker is a logistics consultant and lecturer. Following a career in international freight forwarding, he became a Senior Lecturer, and is now a Visiting Fellow, at Cranfield University's Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
