His first book, Stop Talking Start Doing: A Kick In The Pants In Six Parts spent a record year in the number 1 spot at UK retailer WHSmith and has been published in 15 languages.

He writes for the Financial Times, The Guardian, British Airways Business Life magazine and other publications.

Richard co-founded tech startups in London, Cork and Austin.

He works with organisations on brand storytelling, creativity and encouraging startup passion and behaviour change.
