    Kenneth R. White, PhD, APRN-BC, FACHE, FAAN, is the University of Virginia (UVA) Medical Center endowed professor of nursing and associate dean for strategic partnerships and innovation in the School of Nursing at UVA. He also holds joint appointments in the UVA Darden School of Business and McIntire School of Commerce. He has more than 40 years experience in healthcare organizations in clinical, administrative, governance, and consulting capacities. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing as well as a Fellow, former Regent, and former member of the Board of Governors of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

    John R. Griffith, MBA, FACHE, is the Andrew Pattullo Collegiate Professor in the Department of Health Management and Policy at the School of Public Health at The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has received the Gold Medal Award and won multiple publication awards from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
