About the Authors

Dennis S. Reina and Michelle L. Reina work with leaders and organizations who want to build trust in the workplace. They are principals of Chagnon & Reina Associates, Inc., an organization development research and consulting firm. They are change management consultants, executive coaches, and speakers who each have a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems. They have worked with and conducted research in over 65 organizations in private industry, state government, higher education and the non-profit sector, including AT&T, BF Goodrich Aerospace, Harvard University, Ben & Jerry’s, Bankers Trust, and Walt Disney World.
