This 5-video course explores how to use and reuse forms in Word for Office 365. Word has thousands of pre-formatted forms available for download, and learners will observe how to use them to create forms for their specific requirements. You will learn how to use the Navigation Pane to create a form, for instance, for a quotation, by using Word's built-in templates. Continue by learning how to save a form you have customized as a template to use at a future date. You will then learn how to create drop-down menus within a word document, for example, if you are creating a survey. The document with the drop-down menu will be available to anyone who has been sent the document. The course demonstrates how to use multiple choice lists in a form, and how to customize appearance of the list. Finally, if you are sharing a form or survey, you will learn how to protect it from unauthorized changes, which will allow users to add answers, but not to modify questions or other elements.
