This 7-video course explores troubleshooting and resolving OneDrive issues, how to monitor OneDrive service health and usage, and how to determine the overall health of the service of OneDrive for Business. First, you will learn to resolve OneDrive sync problems, including how to resolve a full storage account, by buying more storage, deleting files, or reducing the number of synced files. You will then learn to resolve file restriction errors, and locked or frozen accounts. Next, learn the maximum file size to upload files in OneDrive. You will learn to use the Microsoft 365 admin center to access and interpret a OneDrive activity report, which will help you understand how the OneDrive Service is being used. Finally, you will learn how to navigate to and interpret OneDrive usage reports.
