You can play a vital part in helping a colleague, friend, or family member suffering from mental health through training that aims to increase awareness of this illness. By understanding the signs and symptoms, and having knowledge of the options for appropriate treatment, you can assist others in coping with this condition. This course will teach you why good mental health is important and give you a greater understanding of the signs and symptoms of mental illness, workplace triggers, and the ways in which you can offer support.
