Return to Work – Going Beyond Unlocking Your Doors
About This Episode
While remote work has become commonplace for employees around the world over the past year and half, this has not been the story for all – what about those organizations who didn’t have the luxury of closing their doors if they wished to keep their businesses up and running? For SUEZ North America, a leader in water and wastewater management, this was exactly the case. Martin Falkenberg, CHRO of SUEZ North America, shares how their organization stepped into action to develop a plan and protocols that ensured they could continue to provide essential services while protecting the health and safety of their employees. And as other organizations begin to think about return to work in a post-COVID world, there are many lessons to be learned from those like SUEZ North America, who have already done so.
