Denise Accuardi

With over 25 years of experience in L&D across industries, Denise Accuardi joined ManpowerGroup in 2015 as their Global Manager of Virtual Learning. She is responsible for ensuring that ManpowerGroup’s learning culture is aligned with the company strategy, working with all global HR and L&D leaders to ensure all learning is delivered on the Global Learning Management System; powerYOU. She also supports ManpowerGroup’s 80 countries on the LMS platform. During her career, she has deployed multiple Learning Management Systems, and created a multitude of client and employee development programs.

Potoula Chresomales

Potoula is responsible for product development, innovation, and user experience design including the launch of the award-winning Percipio intelligent learning platform. She leads the product organization in agile product development and lean product practices of prototype-test-iterate to ensure we are building products our customers will love. Potoula held leadership positions in digital product management and marketing at Kaplan Test Prep, The College Board, McGraw-Hill, and JP MorganChase and holds degrees from Dartmouth and NYU.

Michelle Boockoff-Bajdek

As Chief Marketing Officer, Michelle is responsible for the leading global marketing strategy for the Skillsoft group of companies, focused on driving growth, generating brand awareness and increasing demand for Skillsoft’s solutions among learners, customers and partners. Since joining the company in 2019, she has overseen customer marketing, corporate communications, demand generation, marketing operations and business development.

Michelle brings more than 25 years of marketing, branding and strategy experience to her role. Prior to Skillsoft, she held several executive positions of increasing responsibility in the high-tech sector, including as Chief Marketing Officer of IBM Watson, where she was responsible for marketing the company's artificial intelligence (AI) products and solutions. Michelle also served as the Global Head of Marketing for The Weather Company, an IBM Business, where she helped companies understand how to anticipate, plan for and ultimately make better decisions – with greater confidence - in the face of weather.

Michelle holds a Master's of Science from Simmons University.
