The European Union (EU) has established rules and policies to ensure competition enhances overall economic welfare. Two key rules, covered in Articles 101 and 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU, address anticompetitive agreements and the abuse of a dominant market position. This course explains the consequences of engaging in anti-competitive behavior and describes how to identify practices that infringe EU antitrust law. This course was developed with subject matter support provided by Davenport Lyons.
