About the Authors

Shoya Zichy has made five career changes within the teaching, journalism, private banking, commercial real estate, and training industries in order to find the work that draws on her most natural skills and best fulfills her needs. She finds that by following your passion, you create a unique brand that, in turn, effortlessly attracts the attention of others. Her work has been featured in Fortune, Barron's, Newsday, the Chicago Sun-Times, US 1, and on CNN. A frequent speaker and seminar leader, her client list includes ABN/LaSalle Bank, Deloitte & Touche, Merrill Lynch, Northern Trust, Prudential, UBS, and the U.S. Treasury. She lives in New York City and is the author of Women and the Leadership Q (McGraw-Hill, 2001); also available in Chinese and Korean.

Ann Bidou has published hundreds of articles and written regularly for publications such as the Chicago Tribune. She has long been a student of Zichy's Color Q system, and it has changed her life from Wall Street executive to small business owner in the Berkshires. She has written previously on the Color Q system for application by financial executives who manage pension plans.
