In this course you'll learn about the purpose and activities of the Starting Up a Project process, including the key roles that need to be assigned. This course also covers the Directing a Project process, including key authorization activities. Finally, this course introduces you to the recommended actions for conducting key Initiating a Project process activities such as creating project controls, refining the business case, and assembling the project initiation documentation.
