Overview/Description
The components of Cisco Unified Communications solutions provide the foundation for converged networks. These solutions encompass voice, video, and data traffic within a single network infrastructure. It is designed to optimize feature functionality, reduce configuration and maintenance requirements, and provide interoperability with various other applications. In this course, you will be able to describe the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Prime Collaboration, and Cisco TMS component solutions. This course is one of a series in the Skillsoft learning path that covers the objectives for Cisco exam 210-060: Implementing Cisco Collaboration Devices.
